Today’s show will discuss what harmful ingredients to look for on your cleaning products & how to choose safer products for you, your home, & family.

Making your burrow (or home) a happier, healthier and cozier place. Anna is an Independent Consultant with Celadon Road.

You’ll find cooking, cleaning, organizing and decorating ideas over on our blog. You can also expect to see Celadon Road product spotlights from time to time.

If you are interested in gentle, organic products for your body, your family and your home, check out Anna’s Celadon Road Page (http://www.myceladonroad.com/THECOZYBURROW/) for more information.

About Anna:
Growing up, I always had issues with seasonal allergies and I was also sensitive to scents. It wasn’t until I was an adult, suddenly diagnosed with asthma, when I realized how many products in my home were irritating my lungs. First I switched to fragrance free everything, but I missed the experience of smelling something on my skin. So I started reading about natural fragrance, aka essential oils. Over the last 10 years or so, I have tried all kinds of “natural” products with mixed results. With Celadon Road, I have finally found one place I can trust to supply me with everything I need in an eco-friendly way.

In October 2012, I was caught up in a sweep of downsizing at the Marketing Agency where I worked. After finding myself with oodles of skills, but not enough job prospects, I promised myself I would find a way to be more self-reliant so that I would never again be in the position where some nameless man I’ve never met could decide my (and my family’s) fate.

I have some great friends that own their own businesses, and they all encouraged me to dream big and find a way to use my skills and my passions to get out there on my own. I took all of their advice to heart, and realized I actually enjoy selling when I am passionate about a product. I also love presenting to an audience and sharing my excitement about something I have learned or discovered. Not to mention how much I love to throw a party.

I was inspired to seek out a direct-sales opportunity while working as a temp in the corporate office of a worldwide direct sales company. But I had to find the perfect fit. So I went on the Direct Sales Association website, and I did a little searching. There I discovered my perfect fit, Celadon Road.
